Board Education: Amber provides introductory and ongoing education to the members of the Board of Directors, for both new and returning members. Education includes, but is not limited to, Board conduct, fiduciary duty and general board responsibilities.

Board members are taught how to read financial statements, are educated on disclosure requirements of Amber Property Management to the board of directors, as well as the association's responsibility to disclose information to its members.

State laws affecting homeowners' associations are continually changing. The board of directors will be kept abreast of the changes and court case decisions affecting community associations.
