COMMUNITY MANAGERS

Each of our Community Managers is required to be certified through the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers, prior to being hired, or within the first year of employment. The process to receive the certification requires successful completion of more than 30 hours of core education and ethics courses. Once certified, the managers must re-certify every 3 years, with a repeat of the ethics course, ensuring a professional standard of service to homeowners.

Each of our managers is assigned a maximum of six associations, ensuring the necessary personal attention for each community

Our managers act as a liaison between the Association, its members and the vendors. Service requests are documented, in writing, and submitted to the board in the form of an action list, including action taken and date of completion. Regular site observations of the property are performed; documenting, in writing and photograph, violations by homeowners and any maintenance concerns.
